The Full-Cut Apron provides 3 inches of additional chest coverage compared to our Original-Cut Apron, making it a favorite among bladesmiths, blacksmiths, and fabricators who spend long hours working in front of a grinder.
 
Aside from the wider chest coverage, the Full-Cut Apron shares all the same premium features as our Original-Cut model. It measures 36 inches long by 24 inches wide and includes a 12-inch-wide bib with our signature flame-accented buckles. It also features our distinctive diamond-shaped pocket with the Forge-Aprons anvil logo laser-burned into the leather.
 
Each apron is handcrafted from 5–6 oz. smooth, top-grain cowhide leather—about the thickness of a nickel. The oil-tanned leather is tumbled for exceptional softness and flexibility, so it's comfortable from day one with no break-in period required. The standard dark brown leather develops a rich, distressed patina over time thanks to its pull-up characteristics.
 
Our flame-accented, quick-adjust buckles connect the apron to a standard X-back harness, designed for all-day comfort. The harness features our exclusive shoulder epaulettes, which distribute the apron’s weight over a larger area to reduce shoulder fatigue during extended wear.
 
The adjustable straps are sized according to your T-shirt size, allowing a stock apron to comfortably fit wearers from Small through 7XL Tall. The straps are fully adjustable and removable, making the apron easy to share between multiple users.
 
An easy-grip, quick-release side trigger snap makes putting the apron on and taking it off fast and convenient. Reinforced with Kevlar® stitching and riveted stress points, the pockets are built to withstand years of demanding shop use.
